On the banks of the Navesti River, at the edge of Soomaa National Park, lies Estonia’s largest ecological herb farm dedicated to growing and processing medicinal plants.
Every year, over 40 different medicinal herbs bloom across up to 8 hectares of our organically managed fields – grown naturally, without chemical herbicides or mineral fertilizers.
For over 25 years, we’ve been dedicated to the power of nature’s plants – creating herbal tea blends that support health and well-being.
Our inspiration comes from the ancient wisdom of Estonian folk medicine, combined with modern knowledge through collaboration with researchers from the University of Tartu’s Institute of Pharmacy.
To make the healing power of herbs accessible to everyone, our tea blends and herbal products are available across Estonia – in natural health stores, pharmacies, and major retail chains.

During the Nordic tea ritual, you’ll taste a variety of herbal blends made from medicinal plants grown in the fields of Energia Farm. You’ll also learn traditional tea-making techniques and discover the calming power of each cup.
This Herbal Walk takes you into the heart of Energia Farm,
where you will get to know the healing plants growing in our fields.
You will discover the daily life of the farm, hear traditional herbal wisdom passed down through generations and see how these powerful plants still support us in modern life.
The tour ends at our cozy riverside tea house, where you will enjoy a cup of herbal tea made from plants grown right here at Energia Farm — served with a delicious homemade treat.
If you wish, you can also purchase a selection of our herbal tea blends to take the experience home with you.
The herbal tour is open to all nature lovers – from schoolchildren who are just beginning to discover the world of plants, to adults and seniors who wish to deepen their knowledge or simply enjoy the peace of nature.

Nordic Tea Ritual is a Taste Experience to Remember
Enjoy three unique herbal tea blends, carefully crafted from medicinal plants that support your wellbeing – each one inspired by nature and rooted in traditional knowledge.
You’ll also take part in the art of tea blending: create your own personal mix, tailored to support what your heart and body need most.
And as a special touch, you’ll be treated to a homemade cake or delightful sweet prepared by Energia Farm’s hostess.
The tea ceremony is perfect for nature and wellness lovers – from families and groups of friends to seminar and retreat groups.

Here, you’ll get to experience herbs with all your senses – touch them, smell them and taste them. Together with the hostess, we’ll prepare a healthy dinner, a fresh salad and herbal teas, putting everything you’ve learned into delicious, hands-on practice.

You can begin your self-guided visit from 10:00 AM onwards. The trails are open during daylight hours and we recommend starting your walk no later than 6:00 PM to enjoy the full experience.
Yes! After your walk, you can visit our small farm shop where we offer a selection of handmade herbal teas, as well as salves, tinctures, and plant seedlings – all grown and prepared at Energia Farm.
Children under the age of 7 can visit the herbal trails free of charge.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the trails in order to protect the plants and ensure a peaceful experience for all visitors.
At the moment, we only accept cash payments, so please bring cash with you when visiting.
