Booking Terms<\/strong><\/h1>

1. Booking and Prepayment<\/h3>

1.1. Reservations can be made via the website, e-mail, or phone (tel: +372 5106193, e-mail: info@energiatalu.ee)<\/a>.
1.2. A reservation is confirmed after the prepayment has been made (30% of the total accommodation cost).
1.3. If the client cancels the reservation, the prepayment remains with Energia Farm.
1.4. If Energia Farm is forced to cancel the reservation (except in cases of force majeure), the prepayment will be refunded in double amount.
1.5. The prepayment will be deducted from the final accommodation invoice.<\/p>

2. Cancellation and Changes<\/h3>

2.1. If the reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before arrival, the prepayment remains with Energia Farm as compensation for non-performance of the contract.
2.2. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, or the client does not show up, the prepayment remains with Energia Farm.
2.3. Changing the reservation date is possible once free of charge, provided that notice is given at least 7 days in advance and accommodation is available.<\/p>

3. Arrival and Departure<\/h3>

3.1. Check-in from 15:00.
3.2. Check-out no later than 12:00.
3.3. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.<\/p>

4. Payment<\/h3>

4.1. The final invoice is payable in cash on-site.
4.2. Payment can also be made in advance via bank transfer before arrival.
4.3. All prices include VAT.<\/p>

5. Accommodation Conditions<\/h3>

5.1. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms \u2013 smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
5.2. Pets are not allowed.
5.3. The accommodation price includes bed linen and towels.
5.4. Breakfast is available on request (\u20ac15\/person).<\/p>

6. Group and Event Bookings<\/h3>

6.1. For group bookings (10 people or more), the prepayment is 50% of the total amount.
6.2. For larger events, cancellation terms will be agreed separately.<\/p>

7. Force Majeure<\/h3>

7.1. Energia Farm is not responsible for non-performance of the reservation due to force majeure, including natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
7.2. In such cases, the full prepayment made by the client will be refunded.<\/p>
