The owner of the energiatalu.ee online store (hereinafter: the Online Store) is Elujõud OÜ (registry code 10250264), located in Vihi village, Põhja-Sakala municipality, Viljandimaa, Estonia.
The products sold in the Online Store are dried medicinal herbs and tea blends, which belong to the food category.
Each product is displayed with a description and price. Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
An order is considered valid once the payment has been received in Elujõud OÜ’s bank account.

After a successful payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Customers can choose from the following delivery options:
Pick-up – by prior arrangement at Energia Farm, Vihi village, Põhja-Sakala municipality, Viljandimaa, Estonia
Parcel machines – Smartposti, Omniva or DPD (starting from €2.99)
Free delivery for orders from €75
Products are usually dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment.
If the order cannot be fulfilled within 3 working days, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
Consumers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt.
Exception: As these are food products (herbal teas, dried herbs), the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened packages due to hygiene and health protection reasons.
Unopened packages may be returned.
Return requests must be submitted by e-mail to info@energiatalu.ee.
Return costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases where the product does not match the order.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities (companies, NGOs, institutions).
Returns are only possible by special agreement between Elujõud OÜ and the buyer.
Upon receiving the goods, the customer must inspect the products immediately.
If the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect, the seller must be notified within 5 working days.
Later complaints will not be accepted, as the products are food items with limited shelf life.
If the buyer and Elujõud OÜ are unable to resolve a dispute, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee).
