The healing flavours
Come and participate in a workshop during which we will get to know a variety of healing herbs. From spring to autumn, we deal with freshly picked plants and berries from the garden, field, and forest. During the winter season, we study dried plants. The lecture also has a slide programme and educational material which covers more than 50 plants. Participants can touch, smell, and taste the herbs on their own. You can put the freshly acquired knowledge to use by preparing tasty and healthy foods with the lady of the house.
The workshop lasts for about 1 hour.
